Street Wear Blitz: Trainers, vests, and jackets

So I ve decided to keep this little series running, and will try to give some weekly updates on all things street wear. There really isn t a day that goes by that there isn t a new collaboration or label popping up somewhere. So from some of the most innovative of launches, to the downright odd, here s a recap of the last week or so in street wear. 10Deep Drop the Pop Out line: With a temporary retail space in LA s Hall of Fame, 10Deep just dropped their exclusive collection to be featured there and on the 10Deep online store. Unless you fancy a simple down Berghaus vest, the brown leather down vest from 10Deep is the standout piece of the collection. They ve also featured a camouflage shirt and a line of silk screen t-shirts, which I found to be rather daft. Accessories are everything. With a few well placed accessories you can easily push a drab outfit to the next level. Similarly, a bad choice in tie or hat can destroy the potential of an ensemble. Here are a few quick tips on accessories to make sure you re properly equipped for 2011. Hats Whether beret, deerstalker, fedora, homburg, panama, pork pie, sombrero or trilby hats for men, the hat you choose will cement and define your style. Hats are iconic and are the first things people see (Does anyone even know what Frank Sinatra and Che Guevera look like without a hat?) Make sure you complement the features in your face, hair and skin tone.
